My Mom's Banana Bread Recipe
This simple banana bread recipe is straight from my mom's cookbook. This bread is sure to have your house smelling delicious.

- 3 Very Ripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 2 C Flour
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- 1 TSP Salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine the ripe bananas and eggs into a medium bowl.
Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir.
Pour mixture into a greased bread pan and put into the oven. Bake for 1 hour.
