Instructions
Chop up the onion and jalapenos.
Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
Stir and cover the chicken with sauce.
Cook for 5 hrs on low, or 2.5 hrs on high.
Shred cooked chicken and stir.
Cook on low for another 20-30 minutes (optional).
Enjoy on a large bun with cole slaw and pickles.
